The
Strategic Events' Executive Team
Jack
Gilmore, CEO, has years of corporate event experience. Prior
to forming
Strategic
Event Management & Production, Inc., Jack was the Executive Vice
President of CorporateMagic. Jack's attention to detail and understanding
of the strategic aspect of events comes from his experience as
Director of Recognition & Marketing Events at IBM Corporation.
In this position, Jack was responsible for the planning, development,
and implementation of IBM's major sales and marketing events in
the United States. Jack was also the Director of Advertising for
IBM U.S. and has detailed familiarity with the marketing communications
discipline.
Before
forming Strategic Events, Scott
Gilmore, President,
internally managed events sponsored by
organizations such as Silicon Valley Bank, Price Waterhouse LLP,
and MassMutual. Scott has also worked for Meeting Consultants,
Inc., where he managed event logistics and marketing support.
With an MBA in Marketing, Scott has considerable expertise in the management and financial
operations of total event production, and has been responsible
for directing recognition events, executive conferences, and tradeshows.
Scott has produced events throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, and heads up Strategic Events' EU office. In addition, Scott has been awarded three Telly Awards for video production, and was nominated for Event Solutions "Rising Star" award.
Monica
Gilmore heads up Strategic Events' Survey and Measurement
Division, and is also the President of On
The Mark Surveys, Inc. With a Masters Degree in Organizational
Communication, Monica possesses unique knowledge on how to improve
corporate communications through messaging design and delivery.
Born and raised in Europe, Monica speaks five languages and is
instrumental in Strategic Events' international projects.
